Overview

The Ten-Product DIY Online Store is a limited eCommerce option available for Hibu One Smart Sites. It is designed for clients who want a very small online store and are willing to fully manage setup, products, and operations themselves.

This offering is intentionally constrained. It supports up to 10 products and does not scale beyond that limit.

Hibu Policy

  • Hibu may add the Ten-Product Online Store to a Hibu One Smart Site by request, either:
  • During the initial site build, or
  • After the site has already been published
  • Hibu’s role is limited to adding the store functionality to the site.
  • All store setup is 100% DIY and managed by the client / merchant.
  • Hibu does not configure products, categories, pricing, shipping, taxes, payments, or promotions.
  • The online store does not count toward the total page count of the website.
  • At this time, there is no option to add more than 10 products or SKUs.

Client Responsibilities

The client / merchant is fully responsible for:

  • Product creation and management
  • Categories and organization
  • Pricing and inventory
  • Shipping and tax rules
  • Payment gateway setup
  • Order management
  • Ongoing maintenance and updates

If the client has questions about store setup, Hibu will direct them to the Website Help Center.

  • Important:The Website Help Center documentation is written for non-Hibu clients and includes features that are not available in the Ten-Product store. Clients should expect differences.

  • API-based integrations for orders or products

  • Digital goods (e-goods)
  • Affiliate programs

Why This Offering Exists

The Ten-Product DIY Online Store exists to:

  • Support simple eCommerce needs without expanding scope
  • Provide a low-maintenance option for clients comfortable with DIY tools
